PASE Group, Inc. Pump/Filter Cart Systems
PASE Group, Inc. offers a wide variety of product delivery systems to match your products, filtering requirements and product flow demands. Depending on your filling machine design, these mobile systems will smoothly deliver your products to your final packaging containers.
Each of these systems are designed for harsh industrial operations with locking casters to be easily moved to the source of product tanks or supply systems. Some of the features of this equipment are:
1/4" wall rectangular tubing.
Rotating, locking casters for mobility.
Choice of pumps, filter housings, pulsation dampening devices dependent on products and filling system to feed.
Flexible connections between pumps and filters to eliminate damaging stress on connection points.
All drain valves and pressure relief valves.
All pressure gauges to easily assist in determining pressure differentials for filter changing.
All valves with filter/regulator in place for simple connection to filler or air supply.
Optional pressure sensors send a signal to the filler when the pressure differential reaches a set point. This notifies the operator when to change a filter.
